Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect for accessing downtown restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was actually really tasty for breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean when we arrived. The only thing we noticed is that it took housekeeping a long time to get through the rooms. We left one morning and they were cleaning the room next to us and when we returned later that afternoon, ours still hadn't been cleaned.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, you can walk tons of great place for meals and it's very close to the trail system running through town. I didn't use the pool at all but it looked lovely. The room itself was spacious and had some really updated features. You could control the TV and AC through the app. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked great. My biggest issue with the hotel was how thin the walls are. There was a toddler in the room next door to me that was running around screaming late into the evening. I could hear every word that was said in the neighboring room. It is also off a VERY busy road that was super noisy at all hours of the day. It's always a bad sign when you walk into your hotel room and see earplugs.... I ended up adjusting the AC a ton to try to block out the noise. I was in a room on the side adjacent to the road so perhaps the rooms on the other side are less noisy (at least with the road, neighbors could still be an issue). I was really sad with the noise issue because the location is so great but I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Pros of the stay: Rooms and hotel were very clean and spacious. Personnel were very kind and helpful. Cons: Hotel room space was so empty the room echos when talking. Walls thin, could hear people in adjacent room. Shower was not great had to adjust the shower head 3 different ways to get it to stop spraying at the back of the shower and outside of it. For $250 I would have expected at least complimentary quality coffee, nope that cost extra. Only free version was the K-cup style in the room. Expected complimentary breakfast as most Hilton stays I've been at have the offering. For $250 stay? Nope. For the cost, and lack of amenities I would not stay at this location again. Stay was worth $100 at most.

We had a great time while staying at the Garden Inn in Prescott. Kyle at the front desk made our stay amazing being so helpful. We had a great time enjoying happy hour with Dorothy and John at the bar.The food was amazing and happy hour made it even better! Everyone is so nice and helpful, looking forward to our next stay. Thank you!
